The starting line

Training should solve real problems.

01

You do not know where to begin

The gym feels complicated, and random workouts do not give you a clear direction.

02

Your weight is holding you back

You want to lose or gain weight without building your whole life around a rigid plan.

03

Daily life feels harder than it should

Strength, movement, and energy matter outside the gym as much as they do inside it.

The method

Everyone should train like an athlete even if you’re not one.

Move with purpose. Athletic work builds useful speed, control, and confidence.

Build real strength. Strength training makes the work measurable and repeatable.

Add focused muscle. Bodybuilding methods support balance, durability, and your goals.

How it works

A clear plan. Consistent work.

Questions

Know what you are walking into.

01

Is this only for athletes?

No. Scott’s belief is that athletic training helps anyone move better, whether you play a sport or are starting from zero.

02

Will this transfer to my sport?

The plan develops broad athletic qualities such as strength, control, speed, and power. Your current sport and needs shape the emphasis.

03

Will training interfere with my season?

Training should support your season, not compete with it. Workload and emphasis can shift around practices and games.

04

What if I am a complete beginner?

That is a valid starting point. The work begins at your current ability and builds from there.
